Corporate Development Manager, Investment Strategy (Onsite)

Corporate Development Manager leading mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investment initiatives for a life sciences company. The role involves developing inorganic growth strategies, identifying acquisition opportunities, conducting financial analysis, and supporting transaction execution across global business units.

Responsibilities

Develop M&A strategies and provide decision support analysis to senior leadership
Identify, research, analyze, and value acquisition, joint venture, and investment opportunities
Build financial models for valuation and pro forma M&A analysis across potential targets
Lead due diligence processes and support transaction negotiation and closing phases
Oversee analyst and associate-level professionals on assigned projects

Requirements

Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, business, accounting, science, or technical field; MBA preferred
Minimum five years of professional experience in M&A, investment banking, acquisitions, or divestitures
Demonstrated ability to analyze, model, and negotiate business transactions
Leadership experience developing and managing emerging professionals through transaction cycles
Strong financial analysis skills with deep understanding of accounting and financial statements
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities and senior executive interaction experience
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
