Home Care Coordinator
Full-Time | In-Person | Suffern, NY
We are looking for an experienced Home Care Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, a strong communicator, and comfortable working in a fast-paced home care environment.
ResponsibilitiesManage client and caregiver schedules and coverage
Answer calls professionally and assist clients and caregivers
Handle call-outs, scheduling conflicts, and staffing needs
Maintain accurate client and caregiver information
Follow up on issues and ensure timely resolution
Maintain strong communication with clients, caregivers, families, and team members
Identify opportunities to increase service hours when appropriate
Complete case-related tasks and other responsibilities as assigned
Minimum 1 year of home care office experience required
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Professional communication skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Ability to commute to Suffern, NY 10901
