A national upscale restaurant group is searching for a strong back-of-house leader. The Sous Chef should have prior high-volume upscale dining experience and the ability to foster a climate of service and execution at a very high level. The company has a very structured and systems-driven culture and is looking for a leader who can hold a team accountable while creating a positive work climate. 100% scratch kitchen, excellent compensation ($65k-$85k Plus Bonus), benefits, and culture with great growth potential (opening 3 new locations in the next 12 months).
