Minimum:Maximum:Location:Boise, IdahoJob Type:Full timeJob Title:Account ExecutiveJob Description:GENERAL PURPOSE:To grow a new and existing client base in order to achieve the required sales quota.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Conduct the required number of sales presentations per week to new and existing and customersPerform professional presentations or demonstrations of YESCO products & services while on-sitePenetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within client baseOvercome objections of prospective customersEmphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order formsBuild and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growthGenerate and develop new customer accounts to increase revenue, by cold-calling if necessaryAlways maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the Company in a positive mannerActively manage call schedule to adequately cover assigned territory in a time-efficient mannerUse marketing data using applicable sales management software tools to maximize sales efficiency and effectivenessMARGINAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Performs other functions as necessary or as assignedNATURE OF WORK CONTACTS:Interacts with small and large businesses that need identificationTRAINING & QUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.A Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) or a (B.S.) from a four-year college or university is preferred and/or five to seven years of related sales experience; or any combination of education, experience, and training which provide the following knowledge, abilities, and skills.3 years of direct work experience in an external sales capacityDemonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotasProfessional demeanor, selling style, and appearancePast experience in opportunity qualification, pre-visit planning, call control, account development, and time managementSuccess in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makersStrong problem identification and objection resolution skillsAble to build and maintain lasting relationships with customersExceptional verbal communication and presentation skillsExcellent listening skillsStrong written communication skillsSelf-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasmAble to perform basic calculations and mathematical figuresAbility to work individually and as part of a teamHigh level of integrity and work ethicMust possess a valid driver’s licensePrevious sign experience preferred and which include a working knowledge of the materials and finishes used in constructionUnderstanding of local codes associated with on-premise advertisingWe maintain a drug free workplace.
