Account Executive
Lytle Signs, Inc.
An Account Executive is responsible for selling signage products and solutions to businesses and organizations. This role involves identifying sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and negotiation. Some travel will be required. Responsibilities Research and identify potential clients by self-directed prospecting and networking Willing to travel and stay overnight for meetings and conferences Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs Working with customers to collect required design elements, effectively communicate with design and estimating teams, and confidently deliver proposals to customers Drive a company vehicle to assorted locations daily. Climb ladders (up to 32 feet or more) to access rooftops, elevated platforms, or other structures for inspection and measurement. Use measuring tapes to obtain accurate dimensions of structures, surfaces, or land areas. Walk across uneven, sloped, or unstable terrain, including gravel, dirt, grass, or construction zones. Take detailed notes and photographs to document site conditions and customer requirements. Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets Provide excellent post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business Qualifications Experience in sales, preferably in the signage or manufacturing industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets. Physical Requirements Ability to climb ladders and work at heights safely. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs of equipment or materials. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.). Ability to walk, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods. #J-18808-Ljbffr Lytle Signs, Inc.
