Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients and create individualized treatment plans that reflect patients’ unique needs and goals, including crisis management and behavior intervention strategies.

• Ensure that all documentation and reporting procedures are completed in compliance with regulatory expectations and completed in a timely manner.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and screening tools to inform treatment and intervention strategies.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, contributing to the development and implementation of positive behavior support plans.

• Actively participate in the ongoing certification and accreditation processes, ensuring that our clinic maintains the highest standards of practice.

• Serve as a key liaison with community partners and state agencies to enhance service delivery and program integration.
\n
• Facilitate open communication channels throughout the organization, fostering collaboration that meets our contractual obligations and furthers our mission in the community.

• Establish relationships with local, state, and federal organizations in an effort to secure partnerships and funding opportunities for our programs.

• Pursue continued professional development through attending workshops, conferences, and community events, representing our agency and advocating for mental health awareness.

• Promote the agency's mission, values, and philosophy in all interactions and initiatives.

• Other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor within our community clinic, you will engage with a varied patient population, including individuals experiencing mental health challenges, those in recovery from substance use disorders, and clients with developmental disabilities. Your role will empower these individuals as they navigate their journeys toward recovery and enhanced quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a behavioral health field is essential.

• Current, unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license as recognized by the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
