Key Responsibilities\n

• Lead weekly supervisions for practicum students working towards clinical licensure, guiding them through real-world applications of their education.

• Provide skilled psychotherapy services tailored to the needs of individuals, couples, and families, addressing a spectrum of mental health challenges.

• Work collaboratively with a network of healthcare professionals and community resources, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care.

• Take an active role in developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Ensure meticulous and current documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes, utilizing electronic health record systems.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying abreast of the latest research, best practices, and advancements in therapeutic methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists serve a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and families. Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Possession of professional liability insurance to safeguard both yourself and the organization.

• A minimum of two years of proven experience working within the mental health field, providing psychotherapy across varying demographics.

• A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership skills within a clinical setting.

• Experience working with practicum students or new graduates, offering guidance and support as they transition into licensed professionals.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
