Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision to practicum students in their Master’s programs or seeking clinical licensure, guiding them through their clinical experiences and enhancing their therapeutic skills.

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services to diverse clients, including individuals, couples, and families, employing evidence-based practices tailored to their needs.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams and community resources, ensuring a comprehensive approach to client care and reinforcing a supportive network.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans, utilizing assessments and client feedback to drive effective therapeutic interventions.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date client records and documentation compliant with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
