Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments and developing personalized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique challenges and goals.

• Leading individual and group therapy sessions using proven therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintaining meticulous and accurate client records using electronic medical records (EMR) systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with diverse adult clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following:
