Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision sessions to practicum students pursuing clinical licensure, guiding them through their clinical challenges and fostering their professional development.

• Deliver psychotherapy services utilizing evidence-based practices to assist individuals, couples, and families, addressing mental health concerns with empathy and expertise.

• Collaboratively develop treatment plans aligned with client needs, involving clients in their care to promote positive outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists serve a diverse clientele within the outpatient setting, including children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating a myriad of challenges, from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and trauma recovery. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Professional liability insurance to ensure ethical practice and client safety.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating strong therapeutic skills and an understanding of diverse mental health issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 65,000 to 130,000 per year, reflecting experience level with potential for uncapped earnings based on performance. In addition to generous compensation, our benefits package includes:
