Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand each client's mental health needs, facilitating personalized treatment planning that is tailored to individual circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to deliver quality care remotely via secure telehealth platforms. This may involve Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, or other modalities suited to client needs.

• Work closely with clients to establish therapeutic goals and provide ongoing support, ensuring that they feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their therapy journey.

• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, ensuring comprehensive records of client progress and treatment plans are kept up to date in accordance with our organization’s policies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
