Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs, ensuring that individualized treatment plans are accurate and effective.

• Deliver a variety of evidence-based therapeutic services—including individual therapy, group therapy, and family counseling—tailored to address the unique mental health concerns of our clients.

• Work in tandem with case managers, psychiatrists, and other professionals to coordinate holistic care, ensuring that all aspects of mental and physical health are addressed.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, employing techniques that draw from your clinical skills and empathy.

• Engage proactively in community outreach and mental health education initiatives aimed at destigmatizing mental health discussions and promoting wellness strategies within the wider community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from a broad spectrum of backgrounds, including different ethnicities, cultural identities, and socioeconomic statuses, which enriches the therapeutic experience while presenting unique challenges. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals confronting various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges, along with providing support to their families.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an independent and active license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or an equivalent qualifying degree (PsyD).

• Completion of a master’s degree or higher in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for establishing rapport and cultivating therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Cultural competence and sensitivity are necessary to effectively address the unique backgrounds of our clients.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain organized, accurate, and timely documentation that adheres to best practices and regulatory requirements.

• Experience working within community mental health settings is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
