Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students who are actively working towards their clinical licensure or are enrolled in Master’s degree programs in mental health.

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, focusing on their unique mental health needs.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals within and outside of our organization to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans that adhere to best practices and current research.

• Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Stay informed about advancements in therapeutic modalities and engage in continuous professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals who face a variety of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and stress management. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant field.

• Possession of a valid Washington State license such as LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time remote position offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 100,000 based on experience and qualifications.
