Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision to practicum students, guiding them through their clinical training and enhancing their therapeutic skills.

• Deliver individual, couples, and family psychotherapy services, employing evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create comprehensive treatment plans that support client goals.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans using our integrated electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Stay abreast of the latest research, techniques, and best practices in the field of mental health, integrating new knowledge into your approach to therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. As a Therapist Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in providing quality care to individuals, couples, and families, ensuring they receive therapeutic support tailored to their complex needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Professional liability insurance to practice within your state.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of experience providing mental health therapy in an outpatient setting.

• Proven experience supervising or mentoring students or junior therapists is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer competitive compensation ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, including a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000.
