Our regular Monday through Friday schedule from 9 AM to 4 PM encourages work-life balance, though some flexibility may be needed based on patient requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately identify client needs, using evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, incorporating therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address a range of mental health conditions.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring each client’s privacy and secure handling of sensitive information.

• Engage in collaborative teamwork by participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other seasoned mental health professionals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure in California as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in solution-based psychotherapy interventions tailored to the individual needs of clients.
