Staff RN - Multispecialty Hybrid Unit (Nights)

Overview We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care in diverse acute healthcare settings, including Cardiac, Neuro Medical Surgical, and Vascular Surgery units. Responsibilities Key responsibilities include: Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care according to standards and policies. Delegating tasks to LPNs and UAPs in compliance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act. Participating in multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Engaging in process improvement initiatives to enhance clinical quality, safety, and patient satisfaction. Focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency as part of a High Reliability Organization (HRO). Qualifications and Skills Current Ohio RN license or multi-state compact license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. BSN required after 5 years of employment. Strong assessment, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
