Staff RN - Multispecialty Hybrid Unit (Nights)

Position Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive nursing care across diverse, acute settings, including a specialized Cardiac, Neuro Medical Surgical & Vascular Surgery Intermediate Hybrid Unit. Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Delegate tasks per Ohio regulations. Participate in process improvement to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency. Qualifications Current Ohio RN licensure. BLS certification. BSN within five years of employment. Schedule Full-time night shift role, 36 hours weekly, emphasizing safety, teamwork, and continuous learning in a high-reliability environment.
