Make a significant impact in the lives of young learners as an onsite School Social Worker for a full-time, contract position serving elementary students in grades K-4. You’ll work with an emotional support caseload, providing direct support and advocacy within a collaborative school environment. Qualifications:

• Valid licensure or certification as a School Social Worker.
• Experience working with elementary-aged children in a school setting, particularly in emotional support roles.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to promoting a positive and safe school culture.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct social-emotional support and interventions to students in grades K-4.
• Assess student needs through observations and collaboration with teaching staff.
• Develop and implement individualized support plans tailored to emotional and behavioral needs.
• Facilitate communication between school, families, and community resources.
• Lead or assist in group counseling, crisis intervention, and preventative programming.
• Maintain thorough, confidential documentation and complete necessary reports.
