Business Litigation Associate Attorney - Midlevel

Perkins Coie LLP is seeking a midlevel litigation associate for our New York office. Successful candidates will have outstanding credentials, 3–5 years of experience in complex business litigation, and at least one year in a litigation position at a firm. Judicial clerkship experience is preferred. NY bar admission is required. Responsibilities Manage large and sophisticated litigation matters for a diverse range of business and individual clients. Represent clients in federal and state court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution venues. Provide strategic counsel and advocacy in all phases of litigation. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience handling complex business litigation. At least one year in a litigation role at a law firm. Preference for candidates with judicial clerkship experience. Excellent academic credentials. Superior written and oral advocacy skills. NY bar admission. Compensation Base salary range: $260,000 – $365,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
