Your Workweek

• Monday – Thursday: 6:30 AM – 3:45 PM
• Friday: 6:30 AM – 11:30 AM

What You’ll Do

• Operate production machines using work instructions, prints, and specifications.
• Run industrial sewing machines, radio frequency (RF) fabric welders, grommet machines, and related equipment.
• Measure, mark, cut, and verify materials with tape measures, chalk lines, rulers, squares, scissors, marking pencils, and common hand tools.
• Check equipment condition, complete routine maintenance, and dial in machine settings.
• Load and feed material manually or with automated systems and keep production flowing.
• Monitor output quality and ensure finished goods meet standards.
• Record counts, defects, and errors with accuracy and clarity.
• Move work-in-process and finished goods via jack trucks, hand carts, or push carts.
• Contribute to team goals and maintain a safe, clean, and organized area.
• Adhere to company safety policies and procedures at all times.

QualificationsEducation & Experience

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of manufacturing or machine operation preferred.
• Ability to learn industrial machinery and read product specifications.

Skills & Strengths

• Fast learner of equipment and processes with strong attention to detail.
• Follow production schedules and instructions consistently.
• Familiarity with OSHA and environmental compliance or ability to learn.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Capable of reading work orders, specifications, engineering drawings, and bills of materials.
• Comfort with shop math (fractions, percentages, ratios, measurements).
• Analytical thinker and problem solver.
• Understands written, verbal, diagram, and schedule instructions.
• Works well in a team setting.

• Occasional lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs; occasional pulling up to 80 lbs of force.
• Frequent pushing/pulling up to 40 lbs; constant up to 10 lbs.
• Consistent standing or sitting; frequent neck bending, gripping, fine motor use, and foot pedal operation.
• Frequent stooping, twisting, pinching, reaching below shoulder; occasional walking, kneeling, crouching, reaching above shoulder.
• Constant close and color vision; frequent distance vision; dependable tactile feel.
