Qualifications and Experience:

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Experience working in elementary school settings preferred
• Ability to adapt to varied caseloads and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to elementary students in accordance with IEP goals
• Assess, plan, implement, and document individualized therapy interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student achievement
