As an administrative assistant, you will support partners and the team with key administrative and client‑service tasks. Responsibilities Assist partners and other team members with day‑to‑day administrative duties, including scheduling and maintaining calendars, preparing expense reports, organizing and processing billing, and travel arrangements. Administer and assist with production, editing, and distribution of complex client and firm deliverables such as proposals, presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and work plans. Schedule and organize meetings, reserve conference rooms, arrange equipment and conference calls, and ensure refreshments are provided. Distribute agendas, project lists, minutes, and reports in preparation of meetings when required. Manage the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system and prepare related reports. Prepare forms and workflows (new client intake, job code assignments, check requests). Monitor partners’ and team training schedules and CPE reporting. Assist other administrative assistants and provide backup duties when necessary. Perform other office duties as required and travel locally or overnight to clients as needed. Qualifications HS Diploma or GED equivalent required. Higher level of education or college coursework preferred. 3 or more years of experience in an administrative or executive administrative role, preferably in professional services. Superior verbal and written communication skills focused on client service. Strong independent judgment and initiative while maintaining high confidentiality.
