National Vice President, Capital Markets - Multi-HousingThe National Vice President, Multi-Housing provides strategic and operational support to the National Multi-Housing Capital Markets platform, enhancing business planning, deal workflow, data integrity, and cross-sector collaboration. Acts as a central resource for Multi-Housing leadership, supporting connectivity between business lines, research, and technology teams to drive platform effectiveness and national initiatives.Work location: Los Angeles, California or Dallas, TexasMain ResponsibilitiesPlatform Operations & InfrastructureServe as the operational backbone of the Multi-Housing platformLiaison between Multi-Housing producers and support functions (Operations, JLLT, Research, Horizon)Enforce data input protocols and work with Research to track platform/market metrics and report to leadership monthlyMaintain platform target list and keep current deals and pursuits organizedClient & Call CoordinationUpdate monthly Multi-Housing call format and work with Research to plan/host each callOrganize monthly/quarterly calls with key Multi-Housing STT clients and disseminate call notesWork with Research to create bespoke/relevant decks for client callsParticipate in national Multi-Housing STT client meetings and disseminate notes/action itemsEstablish protocol for MHLT (council) calls and encourage participationTeam Development & Business PlanningOrganize annual kick-off calls each January across markets; summarize and distribute action itemsDistribute semi-annual Team Overview reportsMaintain and update Multi-Housing business plans semiannuallyAssist with onboarding new teams/producers; ensure training and access to critical toolsLearn and apply best practices from other property verticals to Multi-HousingResearch, Thought Leadership & MarketingIntegrate research and intel to inform Multi-Housing leadership and enhance client deliverablesDevelop bi-weekly talking points and quarterly pipeline updatesDrive increased engagement on social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn)Create consistent platform closing announcements and email blastsStrategic Support & Council CollaborationAssist with national portfolio coordination and strategic single asset pitches/transactions as neededAttend product council calls and disseminate intelAssist in implementing best practices and dashboard oversightExperience Required6+ years of professional experience in Capital Markets roles such as Analyst, Associate, or equivalent positionsExcellent organizational, interpersonal, quantitative, and verbal communication skills; able to interface with top level executivesStrong writing skills with ability to communicate analytical and marketing data effectivelyExperience managing cross-functional initiatives and data platformsProven ability to coordinate cross-market teams and client relationshipsAbility to be an independent worker with a team player attitudeEducationBachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related fieldCompensation: Range listed below is for base salary and position is eligible for additional discretionary bonus.This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
