Development Associate, LIHTC & Affordable Housing
Lincoln Avenue Communities
Lincoln Avenue Communities seeks a Development Associate to help expand access to affordable housing nationwide. You will work on LIHTC transactions, underwriting, deal structuring, and portfolio transitions, gaining exposure across the full lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with Originations, Asset Management, Construction, Legal, Finance, and senior leadership to drive successful outcomes. Hybrid role based in Santa Monica, with in-office presence four days a week. #J-18808-Ljbffr
