Although therapists primarily work from home, they have the option to utilize our newly designed and modern outpatient offices located in Knoxville, Tennessee when necessary. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to address a wide range of issues.

• Developing customized treatment plans that cater to the specific needs of each patient.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches and techniques to foster effective communication among family members.
\n
• Facilitating sessions that may involve addressing conflicts, grief, job stress, and other pertinent challenges impacting family dynamics.

• Documenting all patient interactions and treatment progress accurately in our electronic health record system.
\n
• Collaborating with a network of other healthcare professionals to coordinate care as needed.

• Staying informed about developments in the field of therapy to enhance knowledge and skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including both individuals and families. You will address various issues such as:

• Adjustment challenges related to divorce and separation

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) designation.
