Office and Operations manager for small manufacturing company

Job Description

Our Nashville Manufacturing company is hiring for an Office and Operations Manager. Hours are 8a - 3p Monday - Friday. No overtime and no weekends needed.

• Qualified candidates should possess administrative support experience, excellent verbal and written communications skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word & PDF Documents
• Quickbooks knowledge, including invoicing customers
• Answering phones
• Prepare communications such as emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence

Job entails:
Must be an excellent independent worker
Reliable
Energetic and willing to jump in where needed with a great attitude
Must be self starter and detail oriented
Organized and be able to multitask
We are a small company and this is a dynamic position. Must be able to lift 40 pounds on occasion.

$55,000 - $65,000 to start. No benefits.
Hours are 8a - 3p Monday - Friday.
