As FastJobs accelerates its growth in Singapore, we are looking for a driven Inbound Sales Consultant. This is a high-ownership, remote role based in the Philippines, offering a direct line to the Director of Sales and the chance to shape the company's expansion from the ground up.

Who You Are - You have 3–5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of hitting targets and managing the full sales cycle independently. You ideally have experience in HR tech, job boards, recruitment services, or SaaS. You can pitch and present confidently to HR leads, operations heads, and business owners. You are proficient with CRMs (like HubSpot or Salesforce).

What You'll Do - Manage and respond to inbound leads and inquiries from potential clients, ensuring timely and professional communication. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives using FastJobs' suite of services. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product, to align on client needs and deliver optimal solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase the value of FastJobs' offerings. Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM tools. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
