JOB DESCRIPTION
The Inbound/Outbound Sales Representative-Remote works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls. This position provides sales, customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding clients’ products and/or services.

You’ll be working with inbound and outbound calls to connect with new potential customers and donors who have already inquired and shown interest in our products or services.

Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls from potential customers/donors with professionalism and a consultative sales approach.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales/donation targets and KPIs.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly QA target scores
Provide exceptional post-sale customer service as needed.
Qualifications: 1–2 years of sales experience (inbound/outbound, telemarketing, or similar roles preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
A basic understanding of upselling, persuasion, building relationships, and communication skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Proficient with technology and basic computer applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft Office/teams, etc.).
Experience working in a remote sales environment.
Quiet home office setup is required. No background noise.
A reliable wired internet connection is required — Wi-Fi is not acceptable . The system must be connected via Ethernet directly to the ISP’s router and to the workstation. Minimum bandwidth of 50 Mbps for both upload and download are mandatory
