PrincePerelson is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join a growing financial technology company as a Customer Service & Inbound Sales Representative. In this role, you'll assist customers who have already expressed interest in loan products, answer questions, and help guide them through the application process.

What You'll Do

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls

• Assist customers with questions regarding their loan applications

• Explain available products and services in a clear and helpful manner

• Follow up with customers to encourage completion of pending applications

• Deliver exceptional customer service through phone and written communication

• Accurately document customer interactions and update account information

• Meet individual and team performance goals

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service experience required

• Call center experience preferred

• Sales experience or interest in a sales-driven environment preferred

• Comfortable working toward performance goals and metrics

• Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills

• Experience using CRM systems is a plus

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
