Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Hearten Day Program. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing behavior analysis services to young adults with developmental disabilities. Your expertise will enable us to develop and implement effective behavior plans, providing guidance and support to our team members. Responsibilities Write comprehensive behavior plans to address the unique needs of our program participants Provide guidance and training to support staff on implementing behavior plans and strategies Conduct assessments and data collection to inform behavior plan development and modification Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate records and reports, including behavior data and progress notes Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to program development and improvement Requirements Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of applied behavior analysis Strong understanding of behavioral principles and theory Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Familiarity with Medicaid and insurance regulations (potential candidate will be trained on specifics) Job Type: Part-time #J-18808-Ljbffr Hearten
