Description

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in both inpatient and outpatient capacities, crafting personalized treatment strategies
• Implement physical therapy interventions aimed at improving mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
• Engage in collaborative efforts with healthcare professionals including nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehab specialists to optimize patient outcomes

Education

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state required
• CPR certification preferred
