Payroll & Benefits Specialist - Confidential
Full-time
Kforce is partnering with a client in the Saint Louis area to hire a Payroll Specialist. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention detail, customer service minded and maintaining company policies and procedures. Responsibilities:
- Process bi-weekly payroll and ensure accurate, compliant payroll administration
- Maintain payroll records, support audits, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Partner with internal teams to deliver a positive employee experience and provide ongoing payroll and benefits support
- 3-5+ years of full cycle payroll experience
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality
- Experience with payroll/HRIS systems is preferred especially up to day Ceridian products
