Project Manager

Location: Irvine,CA, US Experience: Entry Level Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year Job Details We are looking for an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our project management and field teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in commercial construction while contributing to technically complex and highly visible projects. Support Project Managers, Superintendents and Project Engineers throughout all phases of construction Prepare, distribute and track submittals, requests for information, change orders and other project documentation Maintain project files, drawings, specifications, contracts and correspondence Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, consultants and internal team members Assist with subcontractor onboarding, insurance documentation, contracts and purchase orders Track project schedules, action items, procurement deadlines and outstanding deliverables Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes and distribute follow up items Assist with project billing, cost documentation, change order logs and budget tracking Support the preparation of closeout documents, warranties, operation manuals and as built drawings Help maintain accurate information within the company’s construction management software Provide administrative and operational support to ensure projects remain organized and on schedule Qualifications 1 or more years of project coordination, administrative or construction industry experience required Experience with a general contractor, subcontractor, architecture firm or engineering firm is a plus Assist with preconstruction and bidding efforts, including subcontractor outreach, bid solicitation and proposal tracking Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook Experience with Procore or similar construction management software is preferred Ability to read and organize construction drawings, specifications and project documentation is a plus Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, business administration or a related field is preferred but not required A bit about us We are a specialized commercial general contractor based in Irvine, focused on technical tenant improvement and renovation projects across life science, healthcare, higher education, semiconductor, mission critical, and advanced technology markets.
