Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and networking
\n
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
\n
• Conduct client and candidate meetings
\n
• Headhunt, screen, and develop a network of candidates within your specialist market
\n
• Build your personal brand and network within your industry
\n
• Manage the recruitment process from candidate submission through interview and offer
\n
• Negotiate offers and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
\n

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ months of B2B sales experience
\n
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
\n
• Ability to work on-site in our Chicago office
\n
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
\n
