About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking an Analytics Senior Manager to lead Business Credit Card Acquisitions Analytics. This leader will own the acquisitions analytics agenda for the Business Credit Card portfolio, with accountability for developing the analytical roadmap, generating actionable insights, and evaluating acquisition strategy performance to support sustainable growth, customer targeting, channel effectiveness, and portfolio outcomes.Leading a team of analytics professionals, this role is responsible for translating business priorities into analytics strategies, performance frameworks, forecasts, and decision-ready recommendations that inform acquisition decisions across the customer lifecycle. The leader will drive analytical insights that help optimize customer selection, improve acquisition performance, identify growth opportunities, and evaluate strategic tradeoffs across the portfolio.Working across a highly matrixed environment, this individual will partner closely with Credit Risk, Product, Marketing, Finance, Modeling, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and control partners to influence strategic decisions and business outcomes.
