Overview As a Creative Ministries College Intern , you'll have the opportunity to expand your technical skills while learning how to leverage creativity to connect with our church family. Working closely with our team of professionals, you'll have hands‑on experiences in planning, producing, and executing creative projects across various mediums. Program Details The Christ Fellowship College Internship Program is dedicated to developing students for future ministry roles. Within our program, college interns have the invaluable opportunity to learn from experienced leaders in a supportive team environment that fosters both personal and professional growth. College interns are empowered to shape their futures and effect positive change for those they serve, all while gaining practical ministry skills. The College Internship Program consists of 25 hours of work per week and runs from August 17, 2026 to August 6, 2027. Requirements Enrolled in full‑time college classes Completed at least their Sophomore year of college (60 credit hours) and is at least one year removed from high school Can work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Believe they have a vocational call of ministry on their lives Responsibilities Continue their education with enrollment in a minimum of twelve college credit hours per semester Be in good academic standing and maintain a semester GPA of 3.0 or higher Expectations and Challenges Developing leadership skills and taking their God‑given talent to the next level Accomplishing tasks and developing ideas to help strengthen different areas of ministry Gain hands‑on experience in administration, communication, and teamwork within a ministry context Work collaboratively with volunteers and staff members Expand developmental and logistical knowledge of leadership and operations Meet with a supervisor directing professional development Be evaluated and coached quarterly Selection Criteria Needs of the ministry Enrollment status Team chemistry as demonstrated by the active role held in a particular area of ministry Reliability and commitment shown through previous interactions with supervisors and staff Desired future ministry goals Job Specs Classification: Part‑time, Hourly (Non‑Exempt) up to 25 hours per week. #J-18808-Ljbffr Christ Fellowship Church
