Job Description NR Consulting is a well-established commercial construction organization seeking an experienced Commercial Concrete Project Manager to lead commercial concrete construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This role is ideal for a results‑driven professional with strong leadership skills and extensive experience managing concrete construction projects while ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives are achieved. Key Responsibilities Manage commercial concrete construction projects from award through closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts. Coordinate with project stakeholders, including owners, design teams, subcontractors, and field personnel. Oversee project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and related documentation. Manage procurement of materials and subcontractor activities. Monitor project costs, productivity, quality, and overall performance. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards. Lead project meetings and communicate progress with internal and external stakeholders. Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. Support preconstruction and estimating efforts as needed. Qualifications 10+ years of project management experience in commercial construction. Strong background managing commercial concrete construction projects. Experience with self-performing commercial concrete contractors is highly preferred. Demonstrated experience managing structural concrete projects, including foundations, slabs, walls, columns, and reinforced concrete. Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, contract administration, and subcontractor management. Experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and construction documentation. Proficiency with construction management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms. OSHA certification is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
