Company: The Boeing Company Job Title: Experienced Supply Chain Management Analyst (Level3) Location: Kennedy Space Center, Florida (Space Launch Systems team) Responsibilities Incorporate change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions. Apply Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the global supply chain. Analyze complex material requirements. Verify and incorporate Bills of Material/schedules into a production plan. Determine part number attributes. Initiate, coordinate, and authorize release of orders by evaluating system requirements and resource availability. Ensure on‑time delivery. Document and resolve order delinquencies. Report schedule adherence issues. Develop and control inventory plans. Optimize inventory levels. Analyze and disposition excess inventories. Initiate audits. Develop and create schedules for products and services. Assist in developing estimates and schedules for new business proposals. Implement and maintain process improvements by analyzing and establishing best practices for materials management to improve SCM performance. Work under general direction. Work Environment 100% onsite. First shift; willing to work any shift as required. May require travel up to5% of the time. Basic Qualifications (Required) More than3years of experience in supply chain or materials management. More than3years of experience working in manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, or customer service environments. More than3years of experience using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. More than3years of experience in Production Control and Material Management processes. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher. Experience in spacecraft/aircraft factory manufacturing, quality, and inventory/production control processes (planning, MRP, BOMs, etc.). Experience with Material Requirements Planning, including the use of Compass Contract or a similar MRP system. Experience with SAP Procurement module as a functional analyst or architect. 6+years of related work or military experience. Requirements Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements; a “U.S. Person” (U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) is required. Position is NASA safety‑sensitive and subject to random drug and alcohol testing. Compensation and Benefits Pay range: $85,850 – $106,050 (based on experience and qualifications).
