Team OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Bethesda, MD by HMD Trucking
$25 per hourHMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

- Clean Inspection Bonus: $100
- Sign On Bonus $10000
- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
Experience dedicated team runs with HMD Trucking from Bethesda.
Our fleet features newer dry vans and tractors under three years old, complete with APUs, inverters and sleepers plus 24/7 maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport dry van freight nationwide
- Coordinate with co-driver for efficient schedules
- Ensure compliance with safety and inspection protocols
Drivers enjoy bi-weekly home time, competitive pay at 77 CPM split, plus performance and referral bonuses. Full benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k). A valid CDL A and one year of experience are required.
