Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Bethesda, MD
Are you a CDL-A driver looking for a fulfilling OTR role that guarantees weekly home time with minimal physical effort? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes throughout the Midwest, equipped with excellent vehicles and competitive compensation.
Home Time:
- Enjoy weekly home time for a 34-hour reset, allowing for personal and family time.
Equipment:
- Drive modern International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks featuring 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight:
- Focus on driving with 95% no-touch freight and 85% drop and hook operations, minimizing physical demands and maximizing your efficiency.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings of $1,100 weekly, depending on your mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay according to customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.
Running Area:
- Our routes span Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Kentucky. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.
Benefits:
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance begins the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Enjoy $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
