Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Rockville, MD
Are you a CDL-A driver eager for an OTR role that provides consistent home time and a low physical workload? Join American Trucking Group for dry van routes in the Midwest, backed by excellent equipment and competitive pay.
Home Time:
- Home every week for a 34-hour reset, ensuring quality time for personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Operate late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems. Take your truck and trailer home if safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight:
- Experience primarily dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations, allowing you to concentrate on driving and efficiency.
Pay and Miles:
- Earn an average of $1,100 weekly, influenced by performance and mileage. Additional earnings include detention pay according to customer policy, $12 per hour for layovers after the first hour, and a yearly safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.
Running Area:
- Routes cover Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Kentucky. All tolls are taken care of with EZ Pass and toll cards.

- Medical, dental, and vision insurance starts the first month after 60 days of employment. Enjoy $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% match up to 3%. A passenger policy becomes available after 30 days under age restrictions.
