Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Bethesda, MD
Are you a CDL-A driver searching for an OTR opportunity that guarantees weekly home time and minimal physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes across the Northeast with outstanding equipment and competitive pay. Experience the freedom of over-the-road driving while keeping a consistent schedule that ensures your return home each week.
Home Time:
- Home every week for a 34-hour reset, allowing you to balance family and personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home when safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight:
- Primarily dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. This setup minimizes physical labor so you can focus entirely on driving.
Pay and Miles:
- Our drivers average $1,150 per week based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for maintaining an accident-free performance record.
Running Area:
- Routes encompass Pennsylvania, New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. All tolls are handled through EZ Pass and toll cards.
