Ecommerce Manager

Schedule: 4 days in office / 1 day remote Department: E-Commerce Reports to: VP US & Head of E-Commerce (UK) About the Role We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead online sales and growth across the U.S. for two luxury fragrance brands. This is a highly hands‑on role with ownership of the brands’ D2C websites, TikTok Shop, and Amazon US channels. The ideal candidate is commercially driven, analytically strong, and comfortable developing strategy while also managing the day‑to‑day details of e‑commerce operations. Key Responsibilities Own U.S. e-commerce sales and profitability across D2C, TikTok Shop, and Amazon. Manage day-to-day trading and merchandising for the brands’ D2C websites. Drive conversion, average order value, customer retention, and overall online performance. Manage external agencies supporting website development, digital marketing, Amazon, and TikTok Shop. Own the digital marketing calendar, product launches, campaigns, and promotions. Lead CRM, email, lifecycle marketing, and customer‑retention initiatives. Grow the TikTok Shop channel, including creator and affiliate partnerships. Manage Amazon US accounts, including storefronts, ASIN launches, advertising, inventory, and media spend. Own Amazon media budgets and optimize performance against ROAS and profitability targets. Monitor sales, gross margin, inventory, media spend, and channel KPIs. Partner with Brand, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to drive overall commercial performance. Identify new opportunities across TikTok Shop, Amazon, D2C, and emerging digital channels. What We’re Looking For 4+ years of hands‑on e-commerce or marketplace experience. Strong experience managing Amazon US and TikTok Shop . Hands‑on experience with D2C websites , ideally Shopify Plus. Experience in website merchandising, trading, conversion optimization, and CRM. Proven track record of growing online sales and managing to gross‑margin targets. Experience managing external agencies and digital media budgets. Amazon experience including ASIN creation, storefront management, and Amazon advertising . Experience with TikTokShoptiktokshader?
