Licensed Therapist (LPC/LMFT/LMHC) - Join CHE Behavioral in Woodmere, New York

About the Role:
We are seeking a Licensed Therapist (LPC/LMFT/LMHC) to join our team of compassionate and skilled professionals in Woodmere, New York. As a Licensed Therapist, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based therapies to patients in a dynamic and supportive team environment. You will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote mental health and well-being.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients, using evidence-based treatments and interventions
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify treatment needs and develop individualized treatment plans
Work collaboratively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve treatment goals
Document patient progress and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner
Participate in staffing meetings and contribute to the development of treatment plans and programs
Stay current with industry developments and best practices in mental health treatment
