Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, Licensed Psychologist)

About the Role:

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, Licensed Psychologist) with CHE Behavioral, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, providing individual and group therapy sessions to improve the quality of life for older adult patients. You will collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:

Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to address mental health diagnoses and promote overall well-being
Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote a better understanding of mental health and wellness
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities to stay updated on best practices and industry trends

Requirements:
