Job Description Service Technician (Field Maintenance) Seattle Region, WA (Travel Required) $25.00 - $30.00 per Hour Full-Time | Direct Hire Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM + On-Call Rotation About the Role We are seeking a dependable Service Technician to perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting at commercial client locations throughout the Seattle region. This field-based position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and working independently while delivering excellent customer service. What We Offer Direct Hire Opportunity Company Vehicle, Tools & Gas Card Provided Tool Reimbursement Available Health, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) Stable Full-Time Schedule Responsibilities Travel to commercial properties to perform maintenance and repair work Troubleshoot and repair building systems and equipment Complete general repairs including: Electrical Plumbing Carpentry Drywall Painting Install, replace, and maintain fixtures, equipment, and components Accurately document completed work and service reports Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and customers Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service requests Qualifications 1+ years of maintenance, facilities, or service technician experience preferred Experience with multiple trades (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls Comfortable working outdoors and traveling throughout the region Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical work Valid Driver's License required Work Environment Field-based position servicing commercial properties Daily travel throughout the Seattle region Fast-paced, hands-on environment with a variety of maintenance challenges Apply today to join a growing team that values reliability, professionalism, and quality workmanship. #J-18808-Ljbffr
