Sales Consultant, Early Intervention (Baltimore, MD) - Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Orthopaedics

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Orthopaedics seeks a Sales Consultant in Baltimore to sell early intervention products including Monovisc, Orthovisc, and Zilretta. The role involves developing business plans, managing accounts with surgeons and specialists, and driving growth within an assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify prospective accounts; develop territory-specific business plans and selling strategies
- Drive product sales for Monovisc, Orthovisc, and Zilretta; demonstrate products and ensure proper utilization
- Build relationships with surgeons, office staff, pain management specialists, and rheumatologists across sales cycle
- Educate customers through in-services and utilize online benefits and reimbursement resources
- Maintain sales equipment and promotional materials; manage inventory to support territory efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years sales experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical industries
- OR Associate degree with 4+ years relevant sales or professional experience
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to relocate to Baltimore territory
- Willingness to travel extensively within territory with possible overnight travel
- Strong negotiation, clinical knowledge, and healthcare ecosystem understanding
- Excellent problem-solving, data analysis, and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
