Sales Consultant, Foot & Ankle - Baltimore, MD - Johnson & Johnson MedTech, Orthopaedics

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Sales Consultant for Foot & Ankle products in Baltimore, Maryland to drive growth of the DePuy Synthes portfolio, manage surgeon relationships, and achieve sales targets in an assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Build expertise in Foot & Ankle product portfolio and present products to surgeons and healthcare facilities
- Develop new business opportunities while supporting existing F&A customer accounts in assigned geography
- Provide case coverage and intraoperative support to surgeons and operating room personnel
- Establish and maintain clinical relationships with key surgeons, clinicians, and hospital evaluators
- Achieve sales quotas and financial targets through territory management and account growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years experience, or Associate's degree/CST plus 6+ years orthopedic/trauma experience
- Minimum 3 years selling, account management, or related experience
- Ability to work in operating room and laboratory environments
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Valid US driver's license and willingness to travel and relocate to territory
- Self-motivated with high attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
