In this vital role, you will treat patients on decompression therapy/ and back up front desk operations when needed, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Your positive attitude, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will help create a warm and efficient environment for visitors and team members alike. Responsibilities

• We will train on all positions for optimum performance
• Treat decompression or Softwave patients
• Back up Softwave/ reception/ and tech reception when needed
• having strong attention to detail and treatment plans and notes
• Greet visitors warmly, verify appointments, and direct them appropriately
• Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
• Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure accurate document proofreading
• Provide customer support by addressing inquiries efficiently and courteously
• Ensure the office environment remains organized and welcoming through effective time management and organizational skills

Experience

• treating and having compassion toward patients
• Strong attention to detail is a must
• Prior office experience or administrative support roles preferred; experience in medical reception is a must.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
• Personal assistant or medical receptionist experience can be beneficial for understanding specialized workflows
