ABOUT OUR AGENCY

I opened my agency in 2013 after working as a State Farm Agency Aspirant, gaining hands-on experience with another agent before stepping into ownership. Today, our team has grown to 15 members, and we operate with a strong growth mindset and an “all in it to win it” mentality. I’m a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a bachelor’s degree in business marketing and management. I’m married with two kids, and outside of work I enjoy hunting, fishing, and anything outdoors. I also previously played professional golf, which shaped the competitive drive and discipline I bring into the agency. Giving back is a major part of who we are. I’m heavily involved with HOOAH Deer Hunt for Heroes, a veteran-owned organization, and spend significant time volunteering and supporting their mission. ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Zach Jaworski - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred.
